General Manager - Finance

Ningappa Hosamane is the Head of Finance & Accounts at G7 CR Technologies India Pvt. Ltd.

He is an accounts graduate and with a rich experience of over 8 years, today is completely responsible for overseeing the management and reporting of his organization’s finances. At G7 CR, Ningappa helps to provide financial advice and support to clients and colleagues to enable them to make sound business decisions. He plays a major role in formulating financial, strategic and long-term business plans along with researching and reporting on factors influencing business performance.

At the same time, he is also responsible for preparing the financial accounts for the organization and ensuring the financial integrity of the statutory accounts.

Through analysis of accounting data, he very well finds ways to improve under performing areas within the company creating efficiency and reducing costs to maximize working capital for business growth. He is a master in developing external relationships with appropriate contacts, e.g. auditors, solicitors, bankers and statutory organizations.

He achieves accounting operational objectives by contributing accounting information and recommendations to strategic plans and reviews; preparing and completing action plans; implementing production, productivity, quality, and customer-service standards; resolving problems; completing audits; identifying trends; determining system improvements; and implementing change.

With his dedication he plays a key role in helping the organization to avoid legal challenges by understanding current and proposed legislation, enforcing accounting regulations and recommending new procedures.

As the General Manager-Finance at G7CR, he has a critical role over all aspects of financial management, working closely with other stakeholders of the Business to safeguard the company's finances. He is an information and reference point for the stakeholders: clarifying financial implications of proposals; confirming legal requirements; outlining the current financial status; and retrieving relevant documentation.
