Job Summary:

This position will gather and refine requirements, we are looking for an experienced data engineer to join our team to produce the highest quality product and customer satisfaction.

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Receiving and sorting incoming payments with attention to credibility
• Manage the status of accounts and balances and identify inconsistencies
• Reconciliation of books of Accounts
• Follow-up of Payments
• Ensure all clients remain informed on their outstanding debts and deadlines
• Write thorough reports on billing activity with clear and reliable data
• Tracking of P.O (Purchase Order)
• Tracking of Receivables on daily basis.

Skills & Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent training, education, and experience
• Industry experience preferred

Required Skills:

• Fluent in English
• Excellent knowledge of MS Office particularly Excel
• Basic knowledge in accounting is a must
• Fast learner, self-motivated with a results-driven approach
• A team player, high degree of attention to detail and trustworthiness
• Interact and communicate effectively with all levels of staff, senior management and customers
• Communicate effectively and clearly in one-on-one and group situations.
