• Job Title – Business Analyst – Development, Data & AI Projects

Job Summary –

We are seeking a Business Analyst who can play a pivotal role in translating business needs into clear, actionable requirements for our development, data, and AI teams. This person will work closely with customers, technical teams, and sales to ensure clarity of scope, alignment of deliverables, and consistent project documentation. The BA will also help with publishing case studies, success stories, and solution briefs for internal use and our external website

Key Responsibilities:

Requirement Gathering & Documentation

• Conduct discovery sessions and stakeholder interviews to gather business, functional, and technical
• Create high-quality requirement documents: BRDs, FRDs, user stories, process flows, and acceptance
• Collaborate with solution architects, developers, and data scientists to ensure mutual understanding and
• Maintain traceability of requirements throughout the project

Project Support & Communication

• Serve as a communication bridge between customers and implementation
• Support in sprint planning, backlog grooming, and
• Support in monitoring changes to scope and impact on timelines or budgets and change request

Sales & Marketing Enablement

• Work with pre-sales and delivery teams to develop solution pitches, proposals, and
• Develop and maintain case studies, project summaries, and reusable solution
• Help create visually compelling decks and documentation for sales
• Collaborate with the marketing team to publish project showcases, blogs, and thought leadership content on the website.

Process & Quality Support

• Support internal teams in standardizing BA practices and documentation
• Contribute to the continuous improvement of project onboarding, discovery, and knowledge transfer

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering, IT, Business, or a related field;
• 2 – 5 years of experience in a Business Analyst or similar role within IT Services, ideally in development, data, or AI domains.
• Strong knowledge of SDLC (Agile/Scrum and/or Waterfall) and hands-on experience with tools like Jira, Confluence, and MS Office Suite.
• Ability to create wireframes, data flow diagrams, and mock-
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to explain complex topics to both technical and non-technical audiences.
• Strong documentation skills – able to prepare detailed yet concise
• Experience working closely with both sales and delivery teams is highly
• Familiarity with publishing content to websites (WordPress or CMS tools) is a
