Job Summary –

The Azure Support Advisor is responsible for delivering world-class technical support and guidance to Microsoft Azure customers. This role ensures fast, accurate, and empathetic resolution of technical issues while driving a positive customer experience and fostering adoption of Microsoft’s cloud platform.

Key Responsibilities –

• Provide high-quality technical support to Microsoft Azure customers through email, phone, and remote
• Troubleshoot complex issues across Azure services (IaaS, PaaS, Networking, Storage, Identity, ) and deliver actionable solutions.
• Collaborate with engineering and product teams to resolve escalated
• Educate customers on Azure best practices, tools, and features to prevent recurring
• Document troubleshooting steps and contribute to knowledge base
• Manage customer expectations by providing timely updates and following through to
• Participate in 24×7 support coverage, including shift and on-call

Required Qualifications: –

• 3+ years of hands-on experience with Microsoft Azure or equivalent cloud
• Strong technical expertise in networking, virtualization, operating systems (Windows/Linux), and
• Proven ability to analyze logs, run diagnostics, and debug complex distributed
• Excellent communication skills with a strong customer-first
• Experience working with support ticketing systems in SLA-driven environments

Preferred Qualifications:-

• Microsoft Azure certifications (AZ-104, AZ-204, or equivalent).
• Prior experience in a technical support or advisory role at enterprise
• Familiarity with DevOps practices, automation (PowerShell, CLI, ARM/Bicep), and monitoring
